Challenges Faced
Challenge: Maintaining real-time consistency across multiple users while ensuring smooth mobile performance and minimizing synchronization conflicts. Solution: Implemented optimistic UI updates on the mobile client, utilized Socket.IO with a conflict-free local state reconciliation strategy in React Native, and offloaded heavy analytics calculations to the backend.
